TERRASOL is an integrated land rehabilitation company incorporated in 1976 comprised of three unique divisions which work independently or jointly to expedite your project. We supply operational services to government, mining, forestry, energy, construction and land development sectors. TERRASOL is recognized throughout western Canada as being foremost in land rehabilitation and reclamation and enjoys an excellent reputation for quality and service.
Our objective is to provide up-to-date and cost-effective services for our clients. To meet this objective we work closely with government agencies, academic organizations, and professional societies in planning and implementing site specific solutions.
Resource management and site development require stewardship of soil, water and vegetation. Through proper planning, mitigation and rehabilitation programs, adverse effects on the environment can be minimized. TERRASOL specializes in providing services necessary to minimize environmental impacts by employing techniques based on management objectives and site conditions. These include but are not limited to: Watershed Assessment and Restoration, Landslide Rehabilitation, Revegetation, and Resource Development.
TERRASOL has worked on thousands of projects ranging from reclamation of mine tailings, to rehabilitation of forest roads and harvested areas, implementation of erosion and sediment control plans for urban development and the development of a planning framework for watershed assessment and restoration. Our Environmental Operations division has been offering these services for 34 years and will continually explore the latest environmental practices in years to come.
Over 15 years ago, TERRASOL opened it’s SportsTurf Operations division, and has been offering turf construction and turf maintenance services throughout BC. Over the years, we have preformed many golf course renovations and built numerous sports and recreation fields. We also serve many districts, school boards, and golf courses with maintenance services including Deep Tine Aeration, Top Dressing, Overseeding, and Hydroseeding.
A decade ago, we started our Nursery Operations division to provide custom tree digging and relocation as well as supply a wide selection of high quality trees including native trees, shade trees, and ornamental shrubs. Since then, we have grown to service even the biggest tree needs. With our new 110″ truck mount tree spade (adding to our other 6 tree spades and support equipment), TERRASOL is the largest tree moving company in Western Canada. We are continually looking to offer the best trees and tree services as we have for years.
